Shailu and my first home studio assignment! The food and styling is done by my Cheffie hubby. It is one of Salish Lodge’s signature dishes this fall. Basically a Columbia River Sturgeon Bourguignon. The yummy fish is accompanied by caramelized Cipollini onions, parsnip potato puree and a beautiful pancetta crisp.
We had fun setting up the shot. Wanted to experiment with some serious styling and shooting. How does it look?
